Paradise Off The Garden State Parkway-Nate House

 

 

Assistant Professor Nate House published his essay, “Paradise off The Garden State Parkway” in the March/April 2009 edition of The Rambler. The essay explores the intricate relationship between the tragedies we experience on land and the redemption that can be found in the ocean—even in New Jersey. The essay is part of a longer work that further explores that relationship and in doing so details the unique history and culture that exists in the Philadelphia/Jersey Shore connection.
